Shipping Policies
We ship from Sarnia, Ontario, Canada.
- Order fulfillment will be completed within 5-7 business days from placement.
- ROUTE PROTECTION/PACKAGE INSURANCE IS REQUIRED FOR ORDERS. Additionally, Route Protection cannot be added manually to an order after an order has been placed. Lunu-Luxe Inc. is not financially liable nor responsible for the mishandling of your order by mail corporations and international government agencies.
- We ship Monday through Friday during regular business hours and are closed on weekends. We do not monitor our email after hours or on weekends.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. Successfully shipped orders will receive an email confirmation with the tracking details. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us via email: wholesale@lunuluxe.com
- International Shipments: Lunu-Luxe Inc. is not responsible for any tariffs, brokerage fees, taxes, duties and additional charges that may be incurred on your order and shipment.
- U.S. Shipments: Lunu-Luxe Inc. will be using Canada Post + USPS as our carrier. Our U.S. pricing is inclusive of the IEEPA 10% tariff + processing fees required by the U.S. Federal Government to ship via USPS from Canada.
- Single Item Purchases: Due to the IEEPA 10% tariff plus processing fee required by the U.S Federal Government to ship via USPS and rising fuel surcharges, we recommended contacting stockists located in the United States as they become available for single item purchases.
- Maximum Order Value: Due to changes in U.S. Customs regulations, we have implemented a maximum order value of $1100.00 CAD/$799.00 USD. A second order will need to be placed after that threshold for an informal customs clearance.
- Orders deemed lost by mail carriers and/or otherwise will be fully refunded to the customer via Route Protection. Product replacement is not available due to limited availability.

- Lunu-Luxe Inc. is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages after being delivered to the carrier for shipping.
- If you have any shipping issues during transit: please contact the carrier with your tracking information and we will supply any information required. If the package is suspected to be lost, please email: wholesale@lunuluxe.com with the details and we will launch an investigation, as well as refund request with Route Protection. Please note that the wait times for investigation resolution will vary per their policy and is not influenced nor managed by Lunu-Luxe Inc.
