Shipping Policies
We ship from Sarnia, Ontario, Canada.
- Orders will be processed as soon as possible, in order of placement and when inventory is in stock.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. Successfully shipped orders will receive an email confirmation with the tracking details. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us via email: wholesale@lunuluxe.com
- Lunu-Luxe Inc. is not responsible for any brokerage, taxes, duties and additional charges that may be incurred on your order and shipment.
- If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately via email: wholesale@lunuluxe.com and we will do our best to help. Please note that orders processed for shipping will not be able to be altered.
- Please review and insure that you have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivered orders due to address error.
- Lunu-Luxe Inc. will not fulfill orders for which wholesale accounts do not exist for that individual. Using another person(s) or company account is prohibited. Orders will be cancelled and payments will be refunded through Shopify and will take 3-10 business days to be deposited per Shopify's refund policy.
- Lunu-Luxe Inc. is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages after being delivered to the carrier for shipping. We highly recommend purchasing Route Protection with your order within our checkout.
- If you have any shipping issues during transit: please contact Canada Post and/or USPS (for USA + International customers) or designated carrier with your tracking information and we will supply any information required for the carrier's investigation.
